although the picture itself is so lovely it comes uip on my pc with a totally black background.
Hi - I'm sorry you've had issues with a black background, this must be something on your PC (usually it's Windows Photo Viewer that causes it) - our images ALWAYS have a white background to them unless it's a black sentiment which will show up black because your screen is black. If you need further help please reach out to us, but we checked these files and they are ok at our end and have white backgrounds. They are not a JPEG file.
