Where is my order?
Dispatch times are usually 1-3 working days from when the order was placed, however during busier periods, such as product launches/TV shows, despatch may take slightly longer.
Distance Selling Regulations mean that you must allow 28 (working) days for delivery.
We ship from the UK so if you are overseas it can sometimes take a while to reach you - remember there are Customs/Border checks and shipping issues, adverse weather and of course, international incidents and Covid-19 that all play a part in slowing down deliveries. Please allow 6 weeks for international delivery.
TRACKING NUMBERS - Most customers use our low cost or free Royal Mail shipping and this service does not come with a Tracking Number.
The only time we use a courier is if you place a high value order, otherwise orders are sent the most effective way possible depending on the weight, cost and value of your order.
We will always resolve a missing order so your patience is appreciated.
