not happy
I could not get anything to download. I have tried to learn from the video but could only find one that would try to help me and it was not complete. Tried to get other people that had You Tube and they will not answer my questions about getting it to download without a error, or to even to print. I cannot even get people to answer my emails for help so yes. I am more than disappointed. I am discouraged and dishearten by a group of people that say how much they will help each other when all you had to do was ask someone. Well i have asked more than one person and have gotten no response from anyone. Talk about feeling not wanted in a group....i guess you are only wanted if you have something to offer. I being knew to this don't have that much so why bother. ADMIN: Sorry you're not happy with your free products Lisa. I've checked all over our social media messaging and in our Facebook groups and can see no communication from you anywhere. We have lots of help in the FAQ section of our website that would help you 24/7. We are in the UK and do not operate on a 24hour basis so whilst you were downloading we were asleep but if you had messaged our Facebook page for help you would have been automatically been directed to the Help on the website. Please feel free to contact and email us through the website any time so that even if we're not around we can respond once we're back in the office. There are crafters around all the time in the Craft, Stamp, Colour with Polkadoodles group on Facebook too - you're already a member I believe usually if you post in there a group member will try to help or if not it will flag up for our attention once we are awake again.
